The FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center has a requirement for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract for future Construction projects. The need for multiple awardees for miscellaneous mechanical construction services for: alteration, extension, conversion, and/or modernization of existing facilities. This also includes new construction if required. The Government anticipates these services will be required for commercial, industrial, and utility type of facilities located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. (See Attachment 2. The requirement is 100% Small Business Set Aside.
