An organized site visit has been scheduled for:
Saturday June 3, 2023, at 9:00 AM (CST)
Participants will meet at:
Oklahoma City VA Medical Center
921 NE 13th St
Oklahoma City, Ok 73104
COVID19 screening: All attendees will be screened for COVID19 at the main entrance upon entry into the building. All attendees are required to wear a mask at all times while inside the facility. Masks will not be provided by the VA. Attendees are advised to arrive early to ensure that they can be screened in a timely manner.
The current entrance is:
North Entrance facing 16th street at the front of the Hospital.
After the COVID19 screening all attendees will be escorted to engineering trailer, where we will have a call with the CO for a briefing.
