Reposting under new notice in order to correct the notice ID. The previous notice was cancelled because it could not be edited.



This requirement is for three (3) stand-up electric tugs (tuggers,tow tractors).



This is a brand name or equal requirement.



Vendor is required to sign/date and fill in the vendor information, delivery and pricing on page "c" of the CSS form and is required to complete the CLIN Unit Pricing on page 3 of the STANDARD FORM 1449. Submit proof of technical evaluation criteria needed to fulfill this requirement. Please return 1 signed copy to the issuing office. Vendor agrees to provide the solicited requirement set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.



VENDOR SHOULD PROVIDE A COMPANY QUOTATION SHEET IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RESPONSE PAGE. The quotation sheet must provide adequate documentation showing that the item being quoted meets the specifications listed in the line item (CLIN) descriptions in order to be considered for award. Contract award will be made to the vendor who is technically acceptable with the lowest evaluated price. Quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability. Include enough data in your response for the Government to address all of the salient characteristics of the requested items to determine the technical acceptability of the items you are quoting. If this information is not provided, the proposal will be found technically unacceptable and unawardable.



To help aid the in the technical evaluation(s) as described above, the following are requested clarificaitons.



Please:



1) List the battery type in your response,



2) Describe how the strobe light is mounted, and



3) Clarify how the quoted item meets OSHA 1910.178 and ANSI B56.9.
