The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Hoods and Ducts Maintenance services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Services provided must include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to ensure that kitchens and grille hood and duct cleanings are in accordance with NFPA 96 and NFPA 211. Vendor must have a certified technician on site at each cleaning. Cleaning is required to maintain grease free exhaust systems to prevent grease fires. The vendor is responsible to ensure all technicians can pass a background check required for entrance onto Altus AFB.

Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 20 October 2022 at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST).

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561790. This acquisition is full and open.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.

Added on 19 October 2022: Amendment 0001( Scheduled Site Visit)

A site vist is scheduled to occur on 21 October 2022 at Altus AFB for the hoods and ducts cleaning services. A notification of attendance will be due to 2Lt Daniel Haydel by 4:30 PM CST 20 October 2022. Please see Attachment 7 - Notification of Site Visit for full details.

The timeline for questions being due will now be pushed back to Tuesday, October 25, 2022. Also, offers will now be due by Friday, October 28, 2022
