Description

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA’s decision to contract with a selected source via single-source procedures. The FAA intends to issue a single-source contract modification to TRAX USA Corp of Miami, FL on the referenced contract. This procurement action will provide for continued implementation and support of the FAA’s Flight Program Aircraft Management System at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). The rationale for a single source authorization is based on impact, standardization, and proprietary data/unique items.
