Optimizing Human Weapon System (OHWS) Services
The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.
138 FW is seeking sources provide all services, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform on-base (Tulsa, OK) and/or off-base (Tulsa, OK and Houston, TX) injury prevention and mitigation, rehabilitation exercise services, and human performance optimization services to rated personnel assigned to the 138th Fighter Wing (138FW), Tulsa, OK, USA, as part of the Optimizing the Human Weapons System (OHWS) initiative. The vendor would furnish consultation and reports, similar to the range of services found in a commercial facility, as well as services specialized to meet the specific spinal health needs of fighter pilots. Contractor would need to adhere to professional standards of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC)
