The general contractor and sub-contractors shall carefully observe the general conditions of the project, and the intent of these Specifications, to include in their bid all the materials and labor necessary to complete the project in a manner to conform to the workmanship of the trade. All damage to the property as a result of construction shall be repaired in good order by the General Contractor. The term written approved equal requires written approval from the Community Development Staff for products used other than specified.

Examination of Site: Each bidder by making their bid represents that they have visited the site and familiarized themselves with all the conditions under which the work is to be performed and the exact measurements of the area.
