Detail
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is working in conjunction with Maska Builders on the Crittenden Housing Addition in Stilwell. Bids will be accepted from Indian and non-Indian owned companies. To receive Indian Preference, the company must be certified with the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). The TERO Certification must be included in the bid submittal. All information is in the provided documents, including the point of contact information at Maska Builders for inquiries. Pre-Bid Walk will be 5/4/23 at 2 PM. Bids are due 5/11/23 by 2 PM. All bids must be delivered as stated in the bid package by the stated date and time to be considered.
