The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the complete construction of the site work and utilities for the Speaker Village located in Tahlequah (Cherokee County), Oklahoma.

There is a non-mandatory site visit on February 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CT. Sealed bids will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders.

Sealed bids may be may be hand delivered/courier delivered to Cherokee Nation Procurement Department, Attn: Shelly McClain, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. Bids must be received on or before March 03, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. CT. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, SPEAKER VILLAGE SITE WORK & UTILITIES”. A Public Bid Opening will be held March 03, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CT in the Financial Resources Building, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464 (social distancing and masks may be required).
