Description
The Cherokee Nation intends to retain one or more qualified Engineering firms to provide third party review services to the Cherokee Nation for material testing and inspection services for various construction projects. The Nation anticipates entering into an agreement with one or more firms.
Detail
The Cherokee Nation will receive submittals from qualified firms, Indian owned & non-Indian owned. To receive Indian preference, a firm must be TERO certified and provide a copy of the certificate with the submittal. All correspondence and questions are due by May 18, 2023 by 5:00 pm CT. An addendum addressing the correspondence and questions is anticipated to be posted by May 23, 2023 by 5:00 pm CT with this posting: no other notification will be provided. Submittal should include a Letter of Intent and a Standard Form (SF) 330 and five (5) copies will be accepted until May 31, 2023 at 5:00 pm CT. Complete information and instructions are included in the RFQ document included with this posting.
