The City of Broken Arrow (the City) seeks responses to provide electric golf cars through the purchase of (72) new Lithium Ion powered golf cars for use at Battle Creek Golf Club. Additionally, as part of the RFP the City is interested in proposals for (1) range utility car, (1) refreshment car and (1) all-purpose utility car included with the purchase of the golf car fleet.

Please provide proposals for the following items:

1) (72) Lithium Ion powered Golf cars with trade consideration of the existing golf car fleet.

*Current fleet is (72) 2018 Yamaha Drive golf cars with moonstone grey colored bodies, (1) Yamaha Adventure 2 gas utility vehicle, (1) Yamaha Adventure 2 gas Beverage Cart and (1) Yamaha UMAX gas utility vehicle with factory range enclosure. 2) (1) one each range utility car, (1) one each refreshment car and (1) one each all-purpose utility car. This will be included with the purchase of the golf car fleet.

This RFP is a competitive negotiation process. It should not be confused with an Invitation to Bid (ITB), in which goods or services are precisely specified and price is substantially the only competitive factor. This RFP provides the City the flexibility to negotiate to arrive at a mutually agreeable relationship. Price will be considered but will not be the only factor of evaluation.
