The City of Broken Arrow is seeking proposals for near site clinic services. Since 1889, the City of Broken Arrow has offered a self-funded health plan. The present plan offers a near site clinic to provide acute care and chronic condition management support to the City employees and their families.
City of Broken Arrow has retained the services of Employer Advocates to assist them in evaluating marketplace options for a new near site clinic service provider.
City of Broken Arrow's key objectives are:
- Partner with a top-quality near site clinic vendor to enhance the access, quality, efficiency, and improvement of participant health as well as long-term sustainability of its programs.
Proposals must be submitted no later than Tuesday, December 27, 2022, by 3:30 pm. Respondents must submit an electronic copy of the completed spreadsheet and any supplemental or additional materials to info@employer-advocates.com by 3:30 pm on December 23, 2022. The proposed effective date for this contract is February 1, 2023.
