The City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (hereinafter referred to as “City”), desires to select a firm(s) to provide Grounds Maintenance services. The successful firm(s) will enter into a Bi-Annual agreement through November 15 ^th , 2024. Additional one (1) year term may be granted at the discretion of the City Council.
