Location one: sewer line running west of Fanning Ave. on Eagle Blvd. ?Approximately 1700 feet of 8in. SDR 26 sewer line west of Fanning Ave. on Eagle Blvd. ?Start from west end of 1700ft measurement traveling east to Fanning Ave. This is the direction of gravity flow west to east. ?Replace 5 existing manholes and add an additional manhole and/or entry point where the new line ties in with the existing line. ?Manholes to be ground grade or slightly higher. ?Replace all existing taps (approximately 5). ?Sewer line to be sand bedded. ?All streets will need to be repaired with concrete from the sewer line replacement. ?Proof of bonding and insurance to be included with your bid. Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and tabulated by the Town Clerk at Town Hall,at 2:00 p.m. on June 15, 2020. Bid proposals received will be presented to the Town of Goodwell within thirty (30) days of the bid date, with the intent of immediate contract award thereafter. Funding for this project shall be from the Oklahoma Economic Development Authority, REAP Grant Program and all laws and regulations applicable to state projects shall apply. The Town of Goodwell reserves the right to reject any and all bids. For purposes of your bid, do not include any local or state sales tax. The Town of Goodwell will appoint the successful bidder its agent for the purpose of receiving tax exempt status on purchase of materials for this contract only.
