The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center (FTC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, intends to award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and by the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 - only one responsible source, to Abbott Rapid DX North America, LLC, 30 S Keller RD STE 100, Orlando, 32810-6297, to provide Binax Now Covid-19 AG Card Kits. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers as no solicitation document is available. Based on the requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice. However, any vendor who believes they can meet these requirements may give a written or fax notification to the Contracting Officer by 3:30 pm CST on October 28, 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.
