NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) TO PROVIDE FARRIER SERVICES ON FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA.

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement to Jeffrey Porter. Services will consist of shoeing, trimming, corrective shoeing, resetting shoes and emergency farrier services as directed by the requiring activity. Contractor will provide all materials, supplies and tools (including shoes) to perform the requirements of the contract. Contractor shall be experienced in trimming, shoeing, corrective shoeing, and emergency hoof care.

This requirement shall be awarded as a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115210, size standard 1,500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all capabilities received within seven (7) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
