The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply:
The 76th CMXG/MXDEB is requesting the utilization of funds for the purchase of One (1) walking lift.
The requested equipment item description/specifications are outlined below
76 AMXG requests the purchase of twenty (20) Electrostatic paint spray guns with the following minimum specifications:
- Paint guns shall be manual air assisted airless electrostatic paint guns rated for 85kV.
- Paint guns shall include an internal power supply rated for 85 kV and feature a Standard Display
- Paint gun shall not have electrical cords or a separate electrostatic control module.
- Paint guns shall be FM rated for use in Class I, Div. I Hazardous locations using group D materials or be intrinsically safe.
- Paint gun shall be compatible with high solid, epoxy, and polyurethane coatings, including MIL-PRF-23377 epoxy primers and MIL-PRF-85285 polyurethane topcoats.
- Paint gun shall have 1/4 inch fluid and air inlets to connect to existing paint cart systems.
- The air inlet shall be left handed male NPSM and the fluid inlet shall be male NPSM.
- Paint gun shall be rated for a maximum fluid pressure of 3000 psi and a maximum fluid temperature of 120 F.
- Paint gun shall be rated for a maximum air pressure of 100 psi.
- Paint gun shall come with a 613 spray tip.
- Paint gun shall be rated for ambient operating conditions of 40F-120F.
- Paint gun shall have a switch to turn the electrostatic on and off and an indicator light to show when the electrostatic system is active.
- Paint gun fluid hose shall have a 100 mesh inline fluid filter.
- Paint gun shall have a fan adjustment valve and an atomizing air adjustment valve.
A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
Estimated Period of Performance: 150 days ARO
This is a small business set-aside
