This is a sources sought notice only; a request for information (RFI). This is a request for vendor expressions of interest for market research purposes, in accordance with FAR Part 10. This is not a request for quote, and this is not a solicitation.



This notice is posted by the Acquisition Utilization Specialist at EOVAHCS. Vendors may express their interest and raise questions by emailing monica.gary@va.gov (Acquisition Utilization Specialist (AUS)).



This is not posted by the VA Contracting Office, and we are not warranted Contracting Officers and we have no authority to enter an agreement or contract.



Vendor emails must include subject line as "Window Washing Cleaning Services" and/or “VA-23-00042089” and the completed form from this notice, as a minimum. Be sure to include your vendor’s name and UEI number in the body of the email. Vendors must read the attached notice. Vendor expressions of interest will only be accepted when the completed form is submitted to the AUS above.



Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System is seeking vendors who have an interest and capability to provide Window Washing Services to the Buildings identified in this PWS at JCMVAMC and ECHCC. This includes exterior Window Washing Services which result in all windows and screens being free of dirt, film, smudges, streaks, debris, water, and other foreign matter as well as damage-free.



EOVAHCS is performing market research with the anticipation of needing a long-term contract, at the following locations, and respective frequencies during the calendar year. However, during the acquisition planning phase there could be a need for a one-time service, one performance during the calendar year, at each of the following locations.



LOCATIONS AND FREQUENCIES



Exterior windows: Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Affairs Medical Center (JCMVAMC) - 1011 Honor Heights Drive Muskogee, OK 74401. Anticipated to be required in Spring and Summer, annually.



Interior windows: Earnest Childers VA Health Care Center (ECHCC) - 8921 S. Mingo Road, Tulsa, OK 74133. Anticipated to be required in June and December, annually.



The JCMVAMC Buildings which require Window Washing do not exceed five (5) stories in height.



This also includes window washing services at ECHCC which will result in windows being free of dirt, film, smudges, streaks, debris, water and other foreign matter, as well as damage free.



The Vendor shall be a qualified company to perform such services with capability to provide all personnel, supervision, equipment and other services deemed necessary to perform all work as defined in the description of services herein.



The Vendor shall provide all required labor, insurance, transportation, vehicles, vehicle fuels, lubricants, and repairs necessary to perform services under this agreement.



A qualified vendor is one who has performed services in the immediate past 3 years that are similar in scope and complexity and for a facility of a similar size. A qualified vendor is one who is familiar with performing similar services in a region with similar climate temperament.
