The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide Cost-Per-Test (CPT) or Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) for automated Microbiological Blood Culture detection system and Identification/Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (ID/AST) for the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKCVAHCS) 921 NE 13TH ST, Oklahoma City Ok, 73104 and the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOKVAHCS), 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK, 73104. The requirement is to provide each location with equipment-rental, comprehensive maintenance, training, software, reagents, standards, controls, supplies, consumable/disposable items, parts, accessories, and any other item required for the proper operation of its contractor owned analyzer and peripherals necessary for the generation of the CPT or CPRR services on behalf of the OKCVAHCS and EOKVAHCS.Â

Requirement Description

Contractor shall be able to supply the following types of testing:
Aerobic Blood Culture testing
Anaerobic Blood Culture testing
Gram Positive susceptibility
Gram Negative susceptibility
Yeast Susceptibility
Mycobacteria Susceptibility
Gram Negative ID
Gram Positive ID
Neisseria/Haemophilus ID
Yeast ID
