THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE IS NOT A SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

This is a Sources Sought Notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3 – Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes is for informational/market research purposes only. This sources sought is issued for the purposes of acquiring capability statements from all qualified and interested parties that can provide an arcade concessionaire or ARCADE RENTAL SERVICE for a potential single contract at Altus AFB, OK.

This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The notice respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

ARCADE CONCESSIONAIRE. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services to maintain a small arcade room in the bowling alley on Altus AFB. This will consist of a Concessionaire contract that allows the vendor to charge for the use of the arcade games and reap those charges. Recreational systems will be provided, maintained and updated by the vendor.

Arcade Rental. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services to maintain a small arcade room in the bowling alley on Altus AFB. Altus AFB will rent the arcade machines from the vendor for a fixed monthly price. The arcade machines will be free to play for patrons of the bowling alley. Recreational systems will be provided, maintained and updated by the vendor as poart of the fixed monthly rental fee.

Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or small business), and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Please provide the following information in your response:

• Company name, address, point of contact, telephone numbers, and e-mail address

• CAGE Code and SAM ID Number
