Description

The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply:



The 76th AMXG requests the purchase of five (5) Heating Blanket Enclosures.



The requested item descriptions/specifications are outlined below.



Five (5) Heating Blanket Enclosures to include the following specifications:



• Shall be ETL/CSA Certified.



• Shall be rated for Class 1, Division 2 per NFPA 70.



• Shall have a design voltage of 240 VAC.



• Shall have non-powered insulated ends.



• Shall include a metal tubular frame for securing blankets that is collapsible for storage.



• Shall have connected straps and buckles that allow fastening blankets to the frame.



• Shall have a target temperature of 60°F.



• Shall have an internal thermostat.



• Shall be designed for content temperature range of 70 - 100°F.



• Shall each have a cord at least 100 feet.



• Shall be designed to cover up the back side of the enclosure, over the top, and back down the front.



• Shall be continuous enclosure of following area size and specifications:



o 4’ W x 45’ L x 40” H, Expected Amps = 12 – 16, Expected Watts = 3060 – 3740, (Quantity = 2)



o 4’ W x 50’ L x 40” H, Expected Amps = 12 – 16, Expected Watts = 3060 – 3740 (Quantity = 1)



o 30’ W x 22’ L x 7’ H, Expected Amps = 11 – 16, Expected Watts = 2700 – 3780 (Quantity = 1)



o 30’ W x 29’ L x 7’ H, Expected Amps = 13 – 19, Expected Watts = 3230 – 4520 (quantity = 1



Estimated Period of Performance: 45 days ARO



This is a small business set-aside
