76 CMXG/553rd is requesting the purchase of one (1) Downdraft Table for the Composite Tab

Shop, located in building 9001 Post V22. Vendor shall provide shipping, delivery, installation,

and operational instructions to Tinker operators. The Downdraft Table must meet the following

minimum specifications:

• 4’ X 16’ Downdraft Table minimum


• Fiberglass grated work surface with cartridge filters made of nanofiber media


• Reverse pulse jet cleaning


• Uses compressed air to backflush the filters and drop dust into pull out drawers


• 15 HP direct drive backward inclined blower rated 12,000 CFM


• Downdraft table shall have casters, lifting lugs (set of 4), compressed air filter/regulator,

• Silencer stack 72”, and fire protection- high temperature cut off switch.


• Safety afterfilter 99.97% HEPA MERV 17 with magnehelic gauge (99.97% @ .3 micron


• and above)


• Pulse clean - reduced suction with variable frequency in NEMA 12 with forced air


• cooling.


• 3 phase, 460V, 60Hz


• Noise output maximum at 5', 80dB


• Spark arrestance baffling

Note: Installation includes electrical and compressed air connections. Tinker AFB will supply

a ¾” compressed air supply line, and electrical connection of 460 Volt, Three Phase 60 Hz

within 15 feet of the Unit’s location.

A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.

Estimated Period of Performance: 26 weeks

This is a small business set-aside
