Description

  • Provide aluminum scaffolding plank boards across vats to gain access to damaged damper and make safe to work.

  • Demo existing broke PVC damper

  • Install new 30” diameter Damper. Damper will have single, center pivot PVC blade and shaft manufactured per Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) standards. Axel penetrations will include molded PTFE bearings to eliminate binding and insure smooth blade rotation. Certified to meet AMCA class 1 leakage rating as tested in accordance with ANSI/AMCA standard 500-d

  • Install electric actuator, 115vac1ph, TDC-100 modulating control w/ OTX-100 transmitter card, ISO mounting, compartment heater

  • Install EPDM blade seals and shaft seals
