1. THE PURPOSE OF THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION



This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) # 246-23-Q-0175-SB. Submit only written quotes for this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 332439 with a size standard of 600 employees.



PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 90 DAYS AFTER AWARD DATE

Submit Quotes no later than: 09/06/2023 9:00 a.m. CST to the Following Point of Contact (only): Krishna Harriman, Purchasing Agent, via Email: krishna.harriman@ihs.gov.





Evaluation: FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (completed as follows):



(a) The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:





Lowest Price Technically Acceptable





To be considered technically acceptable, offers/item must meet the following:




  • 230/208V 20A PTAC A/C Unit – 15K BTU w/ 3KW electrical heat with 42”W x 16”H x 14”D dimensions.

  • 20A/220V outlet and remote programmable thermostat mounted

  • Electrical package to include exterior 125A capacity 4-space panel with 60A 2-pole breaker service disconnect.

  • Electrical package to include interior 125A capacity 12-space panel

  • Lighting & duplex GFI outlet





VENDORS SUBMITTING OR EQUAL ITEMS MUST SUBMIT DESCRIPTITVE LITERATURE SHOWING HOW THEIR PRODUCT MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE REQUIREMENTS BEING SOLICITED





This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price purchase order pursuant to the terms and conditions below. Terms and conditions other than those stated will not be accepted. The above pricing is all inclusive.
