The 137th SOW AFE is receiving quotes for EROS MC10 Oxygen Masks that will support the MC-12 aircraft mission. If your company can provide this recquirement please respond with your quote. See attached Solicitation with Statement of Work requirements.
Requirements include but not limited to the following:
The oxygen mask regulator shall be FAA certified and TSO for commercial application. The regulator must be mask-mounted diluter-demand with a press-to-test and emergency control knob and a control mechanism to allow the wearer to select 100% at any altitude. The face piece must be oro-nasal in type and made out of self-extinguishing plastic material. The mask must include an inflatable harness with a non-flammable protective covering. The harness must allow the wearer to don the mask with one hand. The oxygen mask assembly must include an oxygen supply hose. The regulator must have diluted, 100% oxygen, and demand as selectable settings, it must provide emergency pressure and perform altimetric dilution. The inlet pressure must be rated from 50-94 PSI. The outlet flow must be rated to a max of 120 L to a minimum of NTPD. Mask must have at least a 50,000 flight hour MTBF. Mask with use of smoke goggles must be certified per the FAA as per TSO C78, C89, and C99.
FAQ:
Outlet Pressure: The specifications indicate 50/94 however 60/85 will be acceptable.
