Amendment 2: Revision of PWS & Extension of Submission Deadline:
The Purpose of this amendment and extention is to publish a revision of the PWS with tracked changes for vendor notification. To Allow appropriate time for vendors to revise their submissions, the deadline for final proposals has been extended to 21 August 2023 at 2:00pm EST.
Amendment 1: Responses to Vendor Questions are published as an attachment; a revised PWS with tracked changes and an updated clean copy are attached for reference. The due date for final submissions has been extended to 2 August 2023.
This requirement is for the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), Directorate of Training and Doctrine (DOTD), Fort Sill, OK, to develop, revise and publish all current doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) manuals. The Doctrine Division will continue to develop, revise, and publish all Field Artillery doctrine publications, and review and comment on Joint and Multi-National publications to meet their objectives.
The contractor will be required to review and update applicable documents and publications, and ensure publications incorporate emerging concepts. The contractor will also be required to produce initial drafts and final drafts of specified Army publications, including proposed graphics, in TRADOC standard single column format in text and electronic copy, to include responding to and revising publications in accordance with staff review comments.
