Synopsis:
The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if responsible small or large business sources exist capable of fulfilling the needs identified in this effort, for market research purposes only. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334510 – Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a corresponding NAICS Size Standard of 1,250 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a) Program, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB) Procurement Program, HUBZone Program, and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program concerns IAW FAR 19.203.
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide the following Interacoustics Titan V4 Clinical Middle Ear Analyzers (Brand Name or Equal) in support of the Reynolds Army Health Clinic, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing warranty covered maintenance, services, repairs, and parts that are required to maintain the systems in optimal operating condition. (See attached Salient Characteristics)
Delivery Period: 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO), FOB Destination
Salient Characteristics:
The Interacoustics Titan V4 Clinical Middle Ear Analyzer (Brand Name or Equal) is based on the following characteristics:
- Must meet or exceed industry specifications for quality, best value now and for years to come.
- Must be ANSI (American National Standards Institute) compliant.
- Must be handheld and lightweight for testing difficult patients, i.e., small children.
- Must be portable.
- Must be able to complete screening and diagnostic tympanometry, ipsilateral/ contralateral acoustic reflexes, reflex
decay, reflex latency, and Eustachian tube function tests.
- Must be able to perform both screening and comprehensive DPOAE's/TEOAE's, ranging from 500Hz-10,000Hz.
- Features both automatic and manual testing capabilities.
- Customizable protocols and unlimited number of tests, utilizing a multitude of parameters.

This requirement is expected to result in the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price contract.
