THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REQUESTS FOR ONE-ON-ONE DISCUSSIONS IS 8 MARCH 2023, 4:00 PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME. ALSO ATTACHED TO THIS AMENDMENT IS A JOINT BASE CHARLESTON MAP. This is the preliminary notice regarding the industry day to be held at Joint Base (JB) Charleston from 16 - 17 March 2023. For access to JB Charleston, interested parties must comply with the attached "requirements for base access" and submit required documentation for access not later than 24 February 2023, 4:00 pm, eastern standard time. No visitor requests will be accepted thereafter.

The C-17 Training System (TS) Program is conducting market research to support development of acquistion strategy for the follow-on contract to the current Training System (TSA III) Task Order, FA8621-18-F-6257. The C-17 TS Program Office will host an Industry Day at Joint Base Charleston in South Carolina from 16-17 March 2023. The focus of this Industry Day will be the Maintenance Training System (MTS) component of the C-17 TS. Additional information and documents regarding the Industry Day, including one-on-one schedules, will be provided via amendment to this notice at a later date.

Any cost incurred by any firm/attendee pursuant to Industry Day participation/attendance is the sole responsibility of the firm/attendee and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
