Description

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. (hereinafter NGSC or NGC) operating under the Global



Sustainment and Modernization Division of its Defense Systems Sector, Mclean, Virgina, has



been awarded a $121,518,957 firm‐fixed‐price, requirements, Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract for the Low Observable Antenna (LOA) of the B-1 Bomber (B-1B) AN/APQ-164 offensive radar. This was a sole source acquisition using justification 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302‐1. This is a five-year base contract with one five-year option period. Locations of performance are Oklahoma and Virgina, with a December 31, 2028, performance completion date. Using military service is United States Air Force (USAF). Type of appropriations is fiscal 2024 through 2029 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Ogden, Utah (SPRHA1‐24‐D‐0001).
