BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK

PURPOSE:
The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System has is seeking sources to provide repairs on GE OEC 9900 Elite Pulmonary C-Arm, in a cost-effective, efficient manner, contributing to the VA Mission.
This is a non-personal services contract. The Contractor, its employees, agents and subcontractors shall not be considered VA employees for any purpose of fulfilling the PWS and shall be considered employees of the Contractor. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, shipping, transportation, insurances, licenses, certifications and supervision necessary to provide services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

TASK & REQUIREMENTS:
The GE OEC 9900 Elite Pulmonary C-Arm is currently experiencing issues that are disrupting the workflow of clinical staff at the Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System (OKC VA HCS). This is for the service and parts that will fix these issues regarding the GE OEC 9900 Elite. Work is to be started as soon as possible.
New display image board was installed, and software was reloaded however it did not fix the issue that the system keeps rebooting itself constantly.
PC Board ASM Vortex Display Adapter ROHS (part) needs to be replaced as the current hardware is experiencing failure to boot
Labor, shipping and handling, and travel costs for a technician to help troubleshoot any issues that may occur during the repair.
This service must be completed as soon as possible to reduce disruptions to workflow, to reduce vulnerability to errors, etc.
The Pulmonary C-Arm is expensive and complex equipment. It is essential that the equipment be highly reliable and maintained in its top operating specifications for clinical workflow to be successful. The Contractor must ensure equipment is working back to normal.
