Statement of Work (SOW)
Lawn Care
1. PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
The Oklahoma City Area Office (OCA), Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for landscaping maintenance at the Wewoka health clinic, Wewoka, Oklahoma
2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. The Contractor shall provide mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing off grass from sidewalks, and parking areas once a week during the growing season.
2. The Contractor shall provide bed maintenance, weeding and pruning of all bed areas as needed.
3. The Contractor shall provide bed fertilizer, and weed control as needed or at least twice in a twelve-month period.
4. The Contractor shall provide fertilize and weed control on turf areas (twice per year).
5. The Contractor shall provide spring and Fall clean-up of all areas with removal and proper disposal of debris.
6. The Contractor shall spray weed control throughout the parking lot areas for weeds that are growing through the cracks in the parking lot area and remove them by means of weed eating once the vegetation is dead (as needed or at least every two months).
7. The Contractor shall provide vegetation removal and planting of new shrubs, flowers, and trees as needed if the plants, shrubs, or trees die in the winter months. The new vegetation will be planted in the spring starting in May.
8. The Contractor shall re-mulch the areas twice a year, (in April, and in September)
9. The Contractor shall provide winter maintenance including tree-trimming and debris pick-up (twice a month).
10. The Contractor shall arrange for proper disposal of debris and foliage removed from the property
11. The Contractor shall be responsible for all travel costs and associated expenses to and from the Wewoka Indian Health Center.
12. The Contractor shall be responsible for the delivery of all materials and supplies necessary for the completion of the maintenance agreement to the Wewoka Indian Health Center.
