U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV23Q0021 for Chouteau / Newt Graham Oklahoma Refuse Collection Services, Fort Gibson Lake, OK.
