The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply:





1. The 76 AMXG is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase of four (4) 60’ Boom Lifts.



2. The requested equipment item descriptions/specifications are outlined below:



a. Four (4) 60’ Articulating Boom Lifts to include the following specifications:



• Boom lifts shall have a minimum platform height of 60ft.



• Boom lifts shall have a minimum horizontal reach of 35ft.



• Boom lifts shall have a minimum Platform Capacity of 500 lb



• Boom lifts shall have Platform size minimum: 36 in x 96 in



• Boom lifts shall have a minimum Vertical Reach of 60 ft



• Boom lifts shall have a minimum Horizontal Reach of 35 ft



• Boom lifts shall have a minimum Ground Clearance of 12 in



• Boom lifts shall have a maximum Stowed Height of 10 ft



• Boom lifts shall have a max Stowed Width of 10 ft



• Boom lifts shall have a minimum Up and Over Height of 25 ft



• Boom lift Baskets shall have exterior fall protection for ability to work outside basket while raised



• Boom lifts shall have a fall protection attachment point



• Boom lifts shall have fall protection Railing



• Boom lifts shall have padding on Top Rail



• Boom lifts shall have a function that deactivates platform functions if the platform comes into contact with a surrounding object



• Boom lifts shall have a range of Articulation Minimum of 125 Degrees



• Boom lifts shall have a swing Range of 360 degrees



• Boom lifts shall have the swing Type - Continuous



• Boom lifts shall have an Inside Turning Radius must be able to go as low as – 6 ft minimum



• Boom lifts shall have an Outside Turning Radius must be able to go as low as – 12 ft



• Boom lifts shall have a Hydraulic Capacity Minimum of 30 gallons



• Boom lifts shall have a 180 degree minimum Hydraulic Platform Rotator



• Boom lifts shall have the Engine Type Diesel



• Boom lifts shall have Protection for Engine and Controls



• Boom lifts shall have 4 Wheel Drive



• Boom lifts shall have a minimum Drive Speed of 4 mph



• Boom lifts shall have a minimum Fuel Tank Capacity of 25 Gallons



• Boom lifts shall have Auxiliary Power of 12 V DC



• Boom lifts shall have a 110V AC Receptacle at Platform



• Boom lifts shall have Load Sensors



• Boom lifts shall have a Motion alarm



• Boom lifts shall have Tilt audio and light alarm at 4 degrees



• Boom lifts shall have Lifting/Tie-down Lugs



• Boom lifts shall meet ANSI and OSHA regulations



• Boom lifts shall be Delivered to Tinker AFB



• Boom lifts shall be Turn key products upon delivery



• The boom lifts shall be equipped with all minimum standard safety system equipment (i.e. movement alarms, emergency stops, tilt alarms, and battery charge indicators, etc...).



• The boom lifts shall have a bump protection system designed to stop movement of the platform if the bucket were to come in contact with an object. (IE Genie Aircraft Protection Package, JLG Soft Touch System, Snorkel Aircraft Package)



• Boom lift basket shall be equipped with bumpers to minimize damage if the boom lift contacts an aircraft.



• The contractor shall furnish a minimum of four (4) hardcopies of the Operation and Maintenance manuals at delivery. Electronic versions of the Operational and Maintenance manuals shall be provided in addition to the minimum four (4) hardcopies. The manual shall recommend instructions on preventative and remedial maintenance.



A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.





Estimated Period of Performance: 12 months ARO





This is a Small Business Set Aside.
