NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE – CLEAR ALIGN – RVSS NB CAMERA SUITES VZ1200

This announcement constitutes a notice of intent of the FAA to pursue a single source contract award process for this requirement to acquire from Clear Align for s the procurement of (18ea) VZ-1200 camera suites. These suites consist of a Z-1200 HD camera, Gator Pan Tilt Unit, Power supply and EO Visible Day Camera.

The FAA authority for single source procurements is provided by the FAA’s Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy section 3.2.2.4.

Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures:

Clear Align is the only known source that can provide the required procurement of (18ea) VZ-1200 camera suites, consisting of a Z-1200 HD camera, Gator Pan Tilt Unit, Power supply and EO Visible Day Cameras and satisfy the requirement within the needed timeframe.
