The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source contract modification to N00019-19-G-0031 N0001921F0213 to procure modernized very low frequency high power transmit set production kits, kit installations, spares, and production support assets in support of E-6B Take Charge And Move Out aircraft. The contract modification was awarded on a Firm-Fixed Fee basis to Rockwell Collins Inc. a part of Collins Aerospace. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

This requirement was procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by the Federal Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1. Rockwell Collins Inc. a part of Collins Aerospace is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer that possesses the requisite engineering data to successfully complete this work.
