Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) # 246-24-Q-0002. Submit only written quotes for this RFQ. This solicitation is 100% SET ASIDE for Buy Indian Small Businesses. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-03. The associated NAICS code is 238290.

Evaluation: FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (completed as follows):



(a) The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:



Lowest Price Technically Acceptable



To be considered technically acceptable, items must meet the following:



- Offers shall be provide Generac Mobile Diesel Generator MLG20IF4 (20 KW) or equal, with single axle Trailer.










        1. Generac Mobile diesel engine-driven generator set MLG20IF4, or equal.

        2. Single Axle Trailer

        3. 2” Ball

        4. Tube and Sleeve Trailer Jack

        5. Minimum 20 kW nominal power provided.

        6. Voltage 240V ac.

        7. Phase Single

          1. External solid-state, frequency compensated voltage regulation (+/- 1% regulation).

          2. Governor to provide +/- 0.25% frequency modulation.

          3. Automatic Voltage Regulation: Maintain constant output voltage regardless of input voltage variations up to plus or minus 10 percent.

          4. Safety Functions: Sense abnormally low battery voltage and close contacts providing low battery voltage indication on control and monitoring panel. Sense high battery voltage and loss of ac input or dc output of battery charger. Either condition shall close contacts that provide a battery-charger malfunction indication at system control and monitoring panel.



        8. Oil type lubrication system.

        9. Belt-driven water pump cooling system.

          1. Integral Cooling System: Closed loop, liquid cooled, with radiator factory mounted on engine generator mounting frame and integral engine-driven coolant pump.



        10. 2,400 cfm air flow (or, as per manufacturer’s recommendations, whichever is greater).

        11. Made in the USA.

        12. Manual Transfer Switch and NEMA 3r Enclosure











- Provide proof of warranty to match Statement of Work.



- Provide proof of OK State License.





This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price purchase order pursuant to the terms and conditions below. Terms and conditions other than those stated will not be accepted. The above pricing is all inclusive.





Location of Site Visit: February 15, 2024 at 11:00 A.M.



Meet at the Seneca Cayuga Grand Lake Casino 24701 S 655 RD, Grove, OK 74344, Lat (36.657696), Long ( -94.707939). Questions are due no later than February 20, 2024 5pm CST.
