Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide Blood Gas Analyzers, Supplies and Service for Muskogee and Tulsa.

a. VA Eastern Oklahoma Health Care System: 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK 74401
b. VA Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic, 8921 S. Mingo Rd., Tulsa, OK 74133
The contractor shall provide reagents for the Blood Gas Analyzers, and furnish all labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, tech support, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the Blood Gas Analyzers.
The equipment must have the capability of performing or reporting the following parameters on arterial, venous, or mixed venous whole blood specimens: pH, pO2, pCO2, hemoglobin, oxyhemoglobin (FO2Hb), carboxyhemoglobin (FCOHb), methemoglobin (MetHb), oxygen saturation (O2sat), Bicarbonate (cHCO3), Base Excess, and carbon dioxide content (CO2CT) and pH analysis on pleural fluid.
The NAICS code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and Small Business Administration Size Standard is 1,000 employees.
The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation!
