The FAA requires technical training for Aircraft and Power plant (A&P) and Avionics technicians to ensure a trained workforce. The training provided by the contractor must comply with FAA Certification under 14 CFR Part 135 and Part 145. Training must be provided on Challenger 601/604/605s and Beechcraft 300/360s. Please see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more information. The government is requesting a Rough Order of Magnitude that includes training objectives for each course identified in the PWS.
