The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the Indian Road Project CN-0930-1610-BR22. Located in Cherokee and Sequoyah County, this project is a total of 0.19 miles in length. Site A project is grading, drainage, surfacing of 0.095 miles of an existing paved county road and construction of a 10’x10’x90’ RCB. Surfacing will consist of 24’ wide asphalt roadway and 4’ paved shoulders for a total of 32’ roadway width. Site B project is grading, drainage, surfacing of 0.095 miles of an existing paved county road and construction of a 2-10’x10’x90’ RCB. Surfacing will consist of 24’ wide asphalt roadway and 4’ paved shoulders for a total of 32’ roadway width. Project will be a Fixed Completion Date Contract consisting of: October 4, 2023. (See Part 2, Specifications, subsections 108.02, “Notice to Proceed and Preconstruction Conference”, 108.07, “Administration and Extension of Contract Time” and the addition of 108.08 Special Provisions for Incentive /Disincentive.
