Cherokee Nation is working in conjunction with Crossland Construction on the Salina Replacement Clinic Project. Bids will be accepted from Indian and non-Indian owned companies. To receive Indian Preference, the company must be certified with the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). The TERO Certification must be included in the bid submittal. Bids are due 04/11/2023 by 2:00 pm. All bids must be delivered as stated in the bid package by the stated date and time to be considered.

BIDS COLLECTED & OPENED BY CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT COMPANY. ANY AWARD RESULTING FROM A BID WILL BE BETWEEN THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT COMPANY & AWARDED PARTY.
