The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the complete construction of the Stilwell Wellness Center located in Stilwell (Adair County), Oklahoma.

There is a non-mandatory site visit on February 13, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CT. Sealed bids will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders.

Sealed bids may be may be hand delivered/courier delivered to Cherokee Nation Procurement Department, Attn: Shelly McClain, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. Bids must be received on or before March 07, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. CT. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID, DO NOT OPEN, STILWELL WELLNESS CENTER”. A Public Bid Opening will be held March 07, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CT in the Financial Resources Building, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464 (social distancing and masks may be required).
