Your firm, among others, is invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the City of Broken Arrow Engineering and Construction Department to provide Professional Services for the above referenced project number 8914449.

The SOQ SUBMITTAL will be evaluated on:

• TEAM EXPERIENCE WITH RIGHT-OF-WAY/PROPERTY ACQUISITION (30 POINTS)

• VERIFIABLE REFERENCES (10 POINTS)

• TEAM ORGANIZATION AND RESUME (25 POINTS)

• PAST HISTORY WORKING WITH THE CITY OF BROKEN ARROW (15 POINTS)

• DESCRIPTION OF 5 PROJECTS OF SIMILAR SCOPE FOR LOCAL AND /OR REGIONAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES (20 POINTS)

The response shall be limited to ten (10) single-sided pages excluding covers and section dividers. Ten (10) copies of the SOQ, a signed statement of qualifications affidavit, and one (1) flash drive of the entire submittal in PDF format will be received by Emily Rowland, P.E., Environmental Division Manager, City of Broken Arrow, 485 North Poplar Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, 74012, until Monday, January 29th, 2024 at 3:00 PM local time. The City of Broken Arrow Oversight Committee will review all SOQ submittals.
The City of Broken Arrow reserves the sole right to evaluate the submittal, waive any irregularities therein, select candidates for submittal of proposals and/or interviews, or reject any and all firms that submitted should it be deemed for its best interest.
