The City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (hereinafter referred to as “City”), desires to select a firm(s) to provide Grounds Maintenance services. The successful firm(s) will enter into a bi-annual agreement through November 15th, 2024. Additional one (1) year term may be granted at the discretion of the City Council. If you or your firm is interested in participating in the solicitation and review process, please submit a copy of your proposal, including a description of your services and fees and return to the City of Broken Arrow Purchasing Division 1700 West Detroit, Broken Arrow OK 74012, by 3:30 P.M. March 8th, 2023. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud starting at 10:30 a.m. local time on March 9 th.
