This project is for the programming, evaluation of three (3) potential building sites, and schematic design of a new City Hall for the City of Broken Arrow. The new City Hall will include but is not limited to: City Council Chambers, Executive Session Anti-Room, Reception Areas, Conference Rooms, Offices for City Employees, and an employee gym and locker rooms. The new City Hall will need to match the aesthetics of the Rose District and/or the surrounding buildings and will likely be a multilevel building.
