A site visit is recommended to assess the current situation and answer questions that may not be foreseeable at the time of this request. All information about the Stacker Reclaimer has been assembled for hand out. A site Visit needs to be Scheduled through Eric Pipkin via email at Eric.pipkin@grda.com. January 2 ^nd through January 13th 2023, at the new Administration Building located at 8624 HWY 412B Chouteau, Okla. 74337 within one of our open Huddle Rooms. The site visit will be at the expense of the vendor and at no cost to GRDA. Interested vendors are asked to contact Eric Pipkin no later than 29 December 2022 2:00 PM CT.

Any questions pertaining to this RFI must be sent in writing to Eric Pipkin at Eric.Pipkin@grda.com by no later than 16 January 2023 by 10:00 AM CT. Only answers provided by the GRDA Central Purchasing Unit will be considered official and valid by GRDA
