Amendment 1

To allow vendors more time to post project questions, Q&A has been extended to 2 April 2024 at 3:00pm Central Time.

To allow vendors time to provide accurate pricing, Bid Opening Date and Time has been extended to 9 April 2024 at 3:00pm Central Time.

Bid opening date for this RFP is April 2, 2024 at 2:00pm CST.

Bid Opening will take place at the Bid Express website. There will not be a Public Opening.

MANDATORY Prebid Meeting: March 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM CST — LOCATION: Pensacola Dam Powerhouse in Langley, OK (12500 E 387 Rd Langley, OK 74350).

Bids will NOT be accepted from any Bidder not in attendance at the mandatory prebid meeting.

Questions can be submitted within the RFP at the Bid Express website until March 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST. Questions will not be answered via Phone, Fax, or Email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process. All Quotes/Proposals must be submitted through Bid Express. Go to www.bidexpress.com look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFP 2832. You must be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP. There is a $40.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Fax, or Email.
