NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by Krista Duhon, purchasing agent, until 3 P.M., Oct. 25 ^th , 2022, for the following goods/services. All bids received by that time will be opened and read aloud in the office of the purchasing agent located in the Miami Civic Center at 129 5 ^th Ave. NW in Miami, OK. Bids will be considered and approved by the Miami City Council upon the determination of the best value for the City.

AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) SMALL BRUSH TRUCK

BIDS SHALL BE CLEARLY MARKED “C22-56” WITH THE BIDDER’S NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE FRONT OF THE SEALED ENVELOPE.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Disadvantaged Business Owners are encouraged to participate.
