The Sallisaw Municipal Authority will accept sealed bids until 10:00 a.m., May 24, 2023, on the following:

One (1) 2006 28 x 58 Clayton Mobile Home, SN CAP019259TNAB

Bids shall be sealed in an envelope with the words “SEALED BID: 2006 CLAYTON MOBILE HOME ” on the front of the envelope. Bids will be accepted by the City Clerk’s Office, located at City Hall, 115 East Choctaw, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If mailing bids, bidders shall mail them to the attention of the City Clerk, Sallisaw Municipal Authority, PO Box 525, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, 74955. Bids received after the time set for opening will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Each bidder is responsible for ensuring their bid is received by the date and time set for the opening of bids.

Trailer is located at 1485 S. Cedar St, Sallisaw. Arrangements to view the trailer can be made by contacting the City of Sallisaw - Parks Division. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the removal of the trailer and all associated costs, as well as obtaining any required permits. Minimum bid is set at $3,500.00.

The Sallisaw Municipal Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and accept the one that is most advantageous to the SMA.
