Sealed bid proposals will be received by the City of Ardmore, Sherrill Shaw, Purchasing Coordinator,
Room 103 of the City Hall located at 23 S. Washington, Ardmore, OK until 3:00 P.M. on Thursday,
February 8th, 2024 for the following project: A RENOVATION PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF
ARDMORE, CITY HALL, Ardmore, Oklahoma, 23 S. Washington, Ardmore, OK. Bids will be opened and
read publicly in the City Hall Conference Room 100 immediately after receipt. Any bid proposals received
after the bid opening time shall be rejected and returned unopened. No bid may be withdrawn after
scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days.
Contract documents, plans and specifications may be obtained on-line from link furnished by the
Architect, Corner Greer and Assoc., 8 W. Main, Ardmore or Purchasing Coordinator at the address
above. Hard copies of the contract documents are on file at these locations as well.
Successful bidders shall be responsible for purchasing and/or furnishing all plans, specifications and
required documents for construction of the project.

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 10 a.m. All General
Contractors interested in bidding the project are required to attend; sub-contractors are invited. All shall
meet at the east entry to the City Hall, 23 S. Washington, Ardmore, OK.
A cashier’s check, a certified check or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall
accompany the sealed proposals of each bidder, along with the required affidavits.
The "Owner", City of Ardmore, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality
or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the City of Ardmore.
