Sealed bids will be received by the City of Ardmore, Oklahoma, on the SALE OF THE SURPLUS COLVERT DAIRY SIGN, through 3:00 p.m., C.S.T., on THURSDAY, July 27, 2023. The bids will be opened and tabulated in the City of Ardmore, Purchasing Dept., City Hall, at that time. Bids will be delivered to Kristi McElroy, Purchasing Coordinator, Room 103, 23 South Washington, or mailed to P.O. Box 249, Ardmore, OK 73402.
Each bid shall also be accompanied by an acceptable form of bid guaranty in the amount of at least 5% of the amount of bid, as guaranty; that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute the Contract within ten (10) days after the Award of Contract. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of receipt of the bids.

The City reserves the right to change dates the bid will be considered, reject any or all bids, waive all formalities and to accept that deemed most advantageous for value received.
